TIPSY PUDDING (SUPER DESERT)
INTRODUCTION
Tipsy Pudding is the most likely dessert in indian defence force lunch and dinner party. It is a continental food dessert. It is a cake well soaked in mix fruits juice and served with fresh fruits in weep cream layer by layer.Tipsy pudding served cold in party its not only a simple dessert but also very beautiful,delicious mindblowing dessert.
This recipe of CHEFRECIPEWALA favourite. He is a very good chef and he had tried this recipe many times at the occasion of Vip parties.

Serves: 8
1 pound vanilla sponge cake (450g)
1 tin mixed fruit (large tin)
500 ml mix fruits juice
1 1/2 cup whipp cream
2 large apple
250 gm graph (black , green )
200 gm pomegranate
1 tin pineapples (rings - large tin)
candied cherries (for decoration
2 pieces kiwi
1/2 cup dry fruits (almond, cashews, kismis)
1- Thinly Sliced vanilla sponge cake. Cut the fruits (mix fruits, pineapple rings apple and graph)small peace and chopped the dry fruits.
Kiwi Peel and cut into rings and keep aside for garnish. Candied cherries cut according to garnishing keep aside
2 - Beatng whipp cream properly .whipp cream is Dubble and a smooth paste ready after beating.
3 - Divide the whipping cream in two parts,Pour the cream into a flat container
4 - Mix the cut frout and dry fruits in half whipp cream accept Kiwi and cherries
5 - Place in a bowl Cut the sponge cake evenly and soak with mix fruits juice properly Press firmly down.and
6 - Apply the cake well in the fruits cream layer.Now the base of the desert is ready.
7 - Place the second sliced cake layer on top and soak with mix fruits juice properly and cover with mix fruits cream.
8 - Top of the bowl a layer of plane whipp cream.
9 - Garnish the TIPSY PUDDING bowl with rings cutting Kiwi, Cherries and dry fruits .
10 - TIPSY PUDDING bowl Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight ,for sating and cool.
Notes
For garnishing, you can use any fruit of your choice.you can use vanilla custard instead of whipped (full fat ) cream to save calories.
you can use sliced other nuts too.It is totally optional.
